Description

NGC 7129 us a star forming reflection nebula in Cepheus. Also known as the Cosmic Rosebud. There are 130 "baby stars" in the cluster. The 3 very young stars in the center of nebula are sending supersonic gas into the area creating the nebulosity with the rosebud appearance. This is my second attempt of this beautiful target, not very often photographed. It is possible to get 3.5 hours of integration a little past midnight here in New England.
